摘要
In the rapidly expanding field of flexible electronics, the development of flexible wearable pressure sensors has garnered significant interest. Nevertheless, the construction of flexible wearable pressure sensors based on commercial textiles with a broad pressure-sensing range, high sensitivity, rapid response and comfortability remains a significant challenge. A flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor based on polyester-spandex knitted (DA) fabrics was proposed in this study. Thanks to the dual-layer structure and the assembly of composite materials with fork-finger electrodes, the chitosan (CS)-DA@MXene composite fabric-based pressure sensor has an extensive response range (0-552.87 kPa) and demonstrates high sensitivity (S=15.135 kPa-1) in the lowpressure range (0-32.7 kPa), which enables recognition of different motion scenarios and pulse monitoring and has potential for real-time monitoring of human health and emergency rescue and warning. Additionally, the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)/CS-DA@MXene composite sensor exhibits excellent hydrophobicity (contact angle of 140 degrees), self-cleaning, and sensing properties, indicating its potential for rapid early warning in underwater emergencies.
