Analysis and optimizaton of structural parameters for cusp magnetic field in mono-crystal furnace

摘要
It is based on the actual production of 203.2 mm mono-crystal furnace (406.4 mm) to ascertain the structure parameter of cusp magnetic field. In the design procession, cusp magnetic field that include coils and well of magnetizer are simulated, optimized and analyzed. It is provided a new relaible way and practical datas for the designing of 203.2 mm mono-crystal furnace cusp magnetic field.
