Optimization program design and feasibility study on coal-heat price linkage mechanism: A case of China

This paper aims to provide a useful reference for solving China's current dilemma of coal-heat price linkage. From the analysis of the current coal-heat price linkage failure cause, design coalheat price linkage optimization model, rationalize the relationship between coal and heat price, combined with management practice of a specific heat-supply enterprise, design coal-heat price linkage implementation program, which is proved the feasibility by using AHP-fuzzy synthetic evaluation model. The results demonstrate that coal-heat price linkage mechanism model based on profit targets, 5.5% return on capital coal-heat price linkage program is feasible. © Sila Science. All Rights Reserved.
