摘要
To solve the problem of general, fast and accurate calculation of saturated inductance of multi-winding AC rotating machine, a magnetic network iterative method was proposed according to the basic definition of inductance. By considering the core saturation and the rotor movement, a dynamic magnetic network model was analyzed and built up to solve the magnetic field distribution of AC rotating machine under the given excitation. The permeabilities of stator core and rotor core at the operating state were frozen, the flux chaining the winding under the unit current was calculated and the saturated inductance was then obtained. The proposed algorithm has a good universality. Furthermore, a brushless doubly-fed machine with hybrid cage rotor was exampled to calculate the saturated multi-winding inductances and the results of which were compared with those of the finite element energy perturbation method and the prototype test data. The results show that the magnetic network iterative method is much faster than the finite element energy perturbation method on the premise of ensuring the accuracy. © 2021 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
