摘要
In order to study the selective protection characteristics of ship DC thruster system after short-circuit, the main short-circuit sources, line conditions and key components after the short-circuit are analyzed. The selective protection analysis and modeling method based on equipment parameters is used to simulate the short-circuit fault of ship DC propulsion system. According to the application of a certain engineering ship, a simulation model corresponding to the actual system was built. By comparing the simulation results with the short-circuit test results, it was shown that the fuse fusing time, voltage change trend and voltage drop were basically the same. The simulation results could effectively predict the actual short-circuit results and phenomena. A simulation modeling method that can be applied in engineering has been provided, which can accurately predict the action of fuse. © 2022, Editorial Department of Journal of Propulsion Technology.
