摘要
A rotary spray evaporation experimental system was applied to investigate the migration and transformation characteristics of Cl- during the evaporation of desulfurization wastewater. The results show that the metal cations in the wastewater, the inlet flue gas temperature, the gas-liquid ratio, the pH value of wastewater, and the physical properties of wastewater have significant effects on the migration and transformation of Cl-. Metal cations promote the transformation of Cl- into hydrochloric gas differently, and the strongest is Mg2+ and then is Ca2+ and Na+ respectively. As the inlet flue gas temperature rises from 280℃ to 360℃, the proportion of Cl- transformed into hydrochloric gas increases from 3.48% to 9.69%. The gas-liquid ratio may affect the temperature pattern in the dry tower, and its reduction may result in a decrease of the proportion of Cl- transformed into hydrochloric gas. As the pH value rises from 3 to 10, the proportion of volatilized HCl decreases from 14.32% to 4.18%. The physical properties of wastewater affect the migration and transformation characteristics of Cl- through different pH values of wastewater and the content of ions. © 2021, Central South University Press.
