摘要
Under extreme disasters, the traditional distribution network repair strategy of repairing the power network first is difficult to exert the automatic dispatching function of cyber-physical integration active distribution network(ADN),resulting in low system resilience. Aiming at this problem,a unified repair strategy of power-communication faults is proposed. Firstly, fault resilience index that measures system elasticity is defined, and the impact of the communication system on the fault recovery process is analyzed based on information blind spots. Then,a load recovery value conversion method based on fault probability is proposed to quantify the load recovery caused by power and communication fault repair. On this basis,an emergency repair task assignment model including the converted value of load recovery value and fault recovery time is established, and a task assignment plan of unified repair is generated. The example results show that the proposed method can effectively improve ADN resilience under extreme disasters compared with repairing the power network first. © 2023 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press.
