To solve the problem of resource sharing within and between projects in the process of project scheduling of building materials and equipment group, a distributed multi-project resource scheduling problem under the parallel scheduling mechanism is proposed, which considers the transfer time and transfer cost of multi-category resources. In addition, a mathematical model for the problem is established aiming at the total cost of multi resource transfer and the total execution time. In order to improve the deficiency of the evolutionary algorithm in local search ability, a multi-objective hybrid evolutionary algorithm with embedded tabu search is constructed. At the same time, considering the influence of resource transfer cost and time on task selection, the priority value of task selection is improved and the resource transfer conflict resolution strategy under the parallel scheduling mechanism is proposed. Data experiments show that the proposed algorithm can effectively avoid unreasonable resource transfer and has good performance in solving quality problems. © 2021, Editorial Office of Control and Decision.
