摘要
Condition monitoring is the process of measuring equipment parameters that can include vibration, temperature and oil condition, among other things. Predictive maintenance resulting from condition monitoring techniques to predict equipment health and identify when maintenance is needed to prevent expensive equipment failure. Effective predictive maintenance programs reduce needed maintenance, while increasing reliability and reducing costs.
