摘要
A series of N-cyclic cationic groups functionalized cardo poly(arylene ether sulfone)s anion exchange membranes (PES-PPH-R-OH) with slight structural differences were prepared, and their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR. The thermal-mechanical properties, microphase separation structure, water absorption, swelling ratio and ion conductivity of the above membranes were evaluated, and the relationship between tiny difference in functional groups and the properties of corresponding membranes were discussed in detial. It is found that the tiny difference of functional groups has a significant effect on the properties of the corresponding membranes, such as micro-phase separation structure, water absorption, and ion conductivity. Among these membranes, the PES-PPH-Pip-OH membrane exhibits the highest conductivity (83.53 mS/cm at 80 ℃), which is expected as candidate for using in anion exchange membrane fuel cells. © 2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
