摘要
Production complexity in companies, driven by external and internal factors, is constantly increasing. Conventional data processing approaches quickly reach their limits due to large amounts of data. However, artificial intelligence (AI) technologies allow for improving processes at different production levels while reducing food waste. © 2021, VDI Fachmedien GmBbH & Co. All rights reserved.
