摘要
In order to explore the low temperature start performance of fuel cell, twice purging experiment of PEMFC stack after steady-state operation was carried out based on a self-built experiment platform. The effects of purge gas temperature and flow rate on the internal resistance of the PEMPC stack were investigated. Through conducting several cold start tests for the cell stack after twice purge, the effect of intake gas temperature on the cold boot performance of the stack was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the internal resistance of the fuel cell stack could be reduced by increasing the purge gas temperature and flow rate, but intake gas temperature made no significant impact. In terms of cold boot time, the start-up time of the fuel cell stack at room temperature increased after twice purge, and the start performance declined; increasing the temperature of the reaction gas has no significant influence on the final stable value of voltage of fuel cell stack during cold boot, and the start of fuel cell stack failed at ambient temperature of -10 ℃. © 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
