摘要
The large-scale grid connection among wind power, photovoltaic and concentrating solar power as well as supply demand and diversity of load types will greatly influence source-load balance under condition of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, which brings severe challenges to the operation of the new power systems. Therefore, a robust fuzzy dynamic comprehensive environmental economic dispatch model considering the twofold uncertainty of source-load was proposed after the wind power-photovoltaic-concentrating solar power combined power generation system was taken as a research object. Firstly, the uncertainty of source-load was modeled based on robust theory and fuzzy theory, respectively. Meanwhile, a robust fuzzy mathematical model was constructed and the equivalent determination model derivation was performed. Secondly, a robust fuzzy dynamic comprehensive environmental economic dispatch model was constructed considering various environmental and economic factors. Besides, the model was transformed and solved according to its equivalence transformation idea and particle swarm optimization based on differential evolution. Finally, based on the improved IEEE-39 bus system and actual power grid in Xinjiang Hami, the optimization effect of the model were verified in the aspects of feasibility, effectiveness and superiority of environmental economy. © 2024 Science Press.
