摘要
Supply-demand interaction can build a flexible energy regulation and control system through the information interaction between the demand and supply sides of the power system, which is a reliable guarantee for efficient and economical operation, an important feature of the new power system. With the continuous development of the power Internet of Things, the amount of data generated by power systems' supply and demand terminals is rising rapidly, and the traditional cloud computing architecture can hardly adapt to the growth of massive data processing demand. As an emerging computing paradigm, edge computing processes part of the data near the data source through devices with specific computing capabilities at the edge, which has the characteristics of low latency, high efficiency, and distribution. Applying edge computing to the field of power system supply-demand interaction can effectively improve the efficiency of interaction, enhance the security of data, and strengthen the flexibility of interaction. The paper first summarizes the development of edge computing in the power system, then describes the key technologies of edge computing applied to the field of supply-demand interaction, and finally provides an outlook on the future research prospects of edge computing and supply-demand interaction. © 2024 Power System Technology Press.
