Avanços na efi ciência energética das fábricas, incrementos tecnológicos e potencial das matérias-primas posicionam setor entre as principais fontes renováveis alternativas da matriz energética nacional e trazem perspectivas de ampliação para os próximos anos. Inserido em um contexto global que clama pela adoçao de mudanças que fortaleçam o desenvolvimento sustentável, o Brasil desponta como detentor de uma das matrizes energéticas mais limpas do mundo.
