摘要
In practical engineering, power electronic transformer has gradually become an indispensable part in many fields such as new energy grid. The research on the key equipment-high frequency transformer has become more and more important. In this paper, the causes and calculation methods of loss characteristics of high frequency transformer are analyzed in detail, and the measures to reduce loss are summarized. Secondly, the parasitic parameters in high frequency transformer are analyzed, the causes of leakage inductance and parasitic capacitance are combed and summarized, and the means to weaken leakage inductance are analyzed. Thirdly, the optimization design method of high frequency transformer is summarized. Finally, the vibration and noise characteristics of amorphous high-frequency transformer under non-sinusoidal excitation are studied and analyzed, which provides reference for researchers and producers to study high-efficiency and low-noise high-frequency transformer. © 2022 Science Press.
