摘要
Inductive wireless power transfer (IPT) is inevitably affected by the offset of the magnetic coupling mechanism. When it is offset, to make the wireless power transmission system still have a certain constant current output capability, this paper proposes an anti-offset constant current wireless transmission system based on double-layer quadrature coils. First, the LCC-LCC and LC-LC compensation networks are connected in series with input and output to form a bilateral LCC-LC series hybrid compensation network, and its transmission characteristics are studied. Secondly, a double-layer quadrature DD (DQDD) magnetic coupling mechanism is designed to meet the requirements of hybrid compensation network. When the mechanism is offset in the x and y directions, decoupling between the coils can be achieved. Then, a system parameter configuration method is proposed. By this, the output current can be kept stable in the open-loop state when a certain offset occurs in the magnetic coupling mechanism. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the above theoretical analysis are verified by building an experimental platform. © 2024 Power System Protection and Control Press. All rights reserved.
