摘要：
It is an important requirement of Concurrent Engineering (CE) to manage conflicts effectively and comprehensively. CE conflict management is not only a simple resolution for conflicts, but also a kind of comprehensive coordination and management for CE product development process. Beginning by analyzing the characteristics of CE system and the origins of conflicts in CE, the concept of conflict management and the framework of research on conflict management in CE are proposed. The theory, key techniques and support tools of conflict management are analyzed.
