The Jaakko Poyry group (Finland) is restructuring its organization by integrating its consulting and engineering activities for the forest industry in a single division. After restructuring, the group consists of three main divisions: forest industry; energy and infrastructure; and environment. The aim of the project is to enhance the effectiveness of operations.
