Elematic, a world-leading manufacturer of precast concrete plants and production lines, launches a new fully-automated precast concrete wall production line, the Elematic Edge. The new fully-automated Elematic Edge wall line optimizes the whole precast wall production from building design all the way to the construction site. The line features advanced software, modern table circulation and state-of-the-art production machinery, and its automated functions cover planning, monitoring and controlling the production process. The new solution covers all parts of a precast wall production line. In addition to the advanced, high tech systems and products, Elematic?s unique enterprise resource planning software for precast factories, the Elematic product range is now expanded with the automatic shuttering station Elematic E9. The new station ensures a fast and accurate shuttering process as it provides fully-automated control over various shuttering functions such as shuttering placement, demolding of side forms and table cleaning, oiling and plotting. The new Elematic Edge Wall automation can be integrated with CAD and BIM software. Manufacturing details and deliveries can be tracked at the construction site by using an intuitive 3D view of the building.
