摘要：
A method for calculating the characteristics of leaky modes of anisotropic channel dielectric waveguides is proposed. The method is based on the assumption that the anisotropy and inhomogeneity of the waveguide material are small. The modes of diffused waveguides placed in a lithium niobate crystal are studied.
