摘要
In order to understand the situation of cylinder deformation, M-B fractal model was modified and utilized. The deformation of cylinder was studied, separately at elastic stage, elastic–plastic stage and plasticity stage. From the combination of macro and micro perspective, the fractal model in the contact stiffness of the two-cylinder binding surface was established considering the influence of friction. It proved to be feasible by numerical simulation. Moreover, the dynamic model was established through spring element method, and the first four natural frequencies of the optical axis stents were obtained through the finite element analysis method. Finally, the natural frequencies and modal shapes obtained from theoretical analysis and experiment were compared. The results show that the established stiffness model gives reliable results. This means that a novel approach for studying the combination of surfaces is provided. © 2015 Engineers Australia.
