摘要
Based on heterogeneous recombination and element doping, Co-doped MoS2/rGO composite material was prepared using a one-step DMF-assisted hydrothermal process, in which uniform MoS2 nanosheets with mixed phases grew vertically on rGO, forming a three-dimensional overall structure. Under alkaline conditions (1 M KOH solution), the HER performance of the Co-doped MoS2/rGO composite was evaluated, delivering an excellent performance with an overpotential of 156.3 mV (10 mA cm−2), and the Tafel slope was 77.9 mV dec−1. © The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society 2024.
