摘要
In fuzzy decision theory, the ranking of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is a very important theoretical problem. The key of using the score function and the exact function to rank the interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is the scientific construction of the scoring function and the exact function. Based on the connotation of scoring function and exact function, the new scoring function and exact function are put forward by using the idea of probability theory and total probability formula, and its axiomatic properties are proved. Through a large number of actual data calculation and comparative analysis, the scoring function and the exact function proposed in this paper are more scientific and more effective and accurate in ranking the interval fuzzy numbers. © 2019, Editorial Board of Journal of Systems Engineering Society of China.
