The role of human resources to improve productivity and profitability of an organization is discussed. Productivity is important to the health of the company, and well-managed human capital builds productivity. It is suggested that the unethical practices cast a shadow over the whole company, demoralizing the work force, and leaving the company with a customer base that's only loyal to the highest bidder.
