摘要
When public health emergency happens in many areas, the emergency logistics network, which is made up of the local hospital, local storage and national storage, should be established to quickly deploy the medical supplies to the affected people. However, in the emergency condition, some external conditions, such as information sharing, resource coordination and organization cooperation, are always changing, and they create risks for the emergency logistics network. How to measure the effect on the network? The resilience model of emergency logistics network, which considers the coordination of information, resources and organization, is established using the system dynamics. From the simulation, we can draw up the following conclusions. The information coordination has no effect on the efficiency of the emergency logistics network when the organization and resource achieve full coordination. If the coordination degree of resource increases by 1%, the amount of unmet medicine will reduce by 0.08%. In addition, the amount of unmet medicine will reduce by 0.28%, in case the coordination degree of organization increases by 1%. These findings can provide a useful reference for the decision makers when they cope with the public health emergencies. ©, 2015, Binary Information Press. All right reserved.
