State searching machining technique for curved surface parts

摘要
A state searching machining technique was developed to solve machining problems for complex curved surface parts that can not be accurately located. Feasible approaches were presented to solve key problems such as automatic state searching of curved surface parts and adaptive machining control based on acquired real state information. The control software for state searching machining for curved surface parts was developed and experimentally verified. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method effectively enables locating-free machining of curved surface parts.
