摘要
This article designed laccase bioreactors based on qualities of papermaking wastewater. The experiment designed and made fluidised bed laccase bioreactor. The shape dimension is 260 mm × ? 130 mm. The effective capacity of the laccase bioreactor is 1.5 L. The optimum conditions for fluidised bed laccase bioreactor treated papermaking wastewater were reaction time 100 minutes, mediator dosage 10 mg L?1, pH=5 and laccase amount 35 mg L?1. In this condition, removal rate of chroma could reach 75% and removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand could reach 67%. © W. S. Maney & Son Ltd 2015.
