摘要
In order to reflect the wear depth of a raceway, based on the amount of deformation between the ball and the raceway, by calculating the wear depth, the friction torque calculation formula of the ball screw pair under the stable wear stage was deduced, which considers the contact angle, helix angle, and the wear depth of the raceway. In the test part, the friction torque test of the 4010 and 4016 double nut ball screw pair was carried out on the screw pair friction torque test bench. The test results show that the error is less than 4.976% between the test value and the theoretical value. And with the increase of operating time, the error is getting smaller and smaller. The established formula for calculating the friction torque of the ball screw pair has higher accuracy, which further verifies the practicality of the calculation formula. © 2021, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
