摘要：
The method of differential frequency measurement is thoroughly studied. And a new method for static accurate measurement of circular indexing is transformed from the method of differential frequency for dynamic transmission error measurement. Then, it sums up a new idea of duality for time and space-the method of duality for gear and electric wave.
