The V-alpha-Ni(OH)2/GO nanoarrays prepared by simple coprecipitation show excellent catalytic properties in urea electro-oxidation, ascribed to the dual modulation of d-orbital electron regulation and ultrathin hierarchical nanostructure construction, which is caused by the introduction of V.
