摘要
Based on an in-depth analysis of CO2 capture performance and energy consumption distribution of active power plants in China, this paper puts forward a system integrated optimization scheme which aims at solving the common high energy consumption problem of domestic 600 MW unit. With an effective integration of water-steam circulation and carbon dioxide capture process, residual pressure of extraction steam and low temperature heat are effectively recovered, also impacts on the safety of water-steam system due to chemical absorption are strongly mitigated. Results show that the overall efficiency of existing 600 MW power unit can improve about 4 percentage point with an integration of carbon dioxide capture system. This paper comes up with some innovative approaches to lower carbon dioxide emission as well as improve the overall efficiency of power plant integrated with carbon dioxide capture system.
