摘要
The filler networks of silica filled natural rubber(NR) added coupling agent KH560 and Si69, NXT and without coupling agent were studied by rubber processing analyzer(RPA) and capillary rheometer. The effects of different coupling agents on the rheological behavior of silica filled NR were investigated. The results show that the three kinds of coupling agents could improve the surface characteristics of silica, lessen the silica network, reduce the storage modulus and loss modulus, the Payne effect becomes weakened greatly, and the processability is improved. The comprehensive modification effect of coupling agent NXT is the best. © 2017, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering. All right reserved.
