Delcam's broadening horizons

Delcam plc, the Birmingham-based surface machining specialist and global supplier of specialist machining software is stepping out of its core milling area to further broaden its software offerings. The company's professional services group provides dedicated solutions for challenging operations that have value of £25,000 and upwards. It has also acquired US-based CAM software specialists Engineering Geometry Systems, the developer of the FeatureCAM CADCAM software line. The product range has grown significantly to include turing, wire EDM, mill-turn packages and feature recognition for imported CAD files.
