摘要：
Sanitation is usually maintained by using impervious surfaces and cleaning them frequently. However, cleaning supplies and labor are costly, and the constant need to clean takes time away from productive activities. This paper presents a type of coating which is designed to resist the attachment of bacteria, to release biocides that will kill bacteria, or to kill bacteria on contact.
