摘要
The NOx emission of a 1.342 L lean-burn gasoline engine was studied. Both purification in cylinder and treatment after exhaust were adopted. On the one hand the new combustion method used lean-burn, fast burn (tumble) and delayed ignition to reduce the NOx emission. On the other hand it used Cu-ZSM5 zeolite catalyst which was in-situ synthesis to give the exhaust NOx an after-treatment. All these methods made the lowest NOx emission attain 133 × 10-6 at the typical experimental condition of lean-burn engine, and the NOx emission was below 250 × 10-6 when the exhaust temperature was at 220-450°C. The fuel consumption decreased by 14.8% at the same time.
