摘要
The application of the tube element evaporator technology has brought about several improvements to the evaporation plant process and subsequent benefits to the recovery boiler performance. Its strong mechanical design allows for higher steam temperatures and pressures that are used in superconcentrators to achieve higher dry solids for combustion in the recovery boiler. Other features include high evaporation capacity, maximum availability incorporated with an on-demand on-line washing sequence, built-in capacity, elimination of mechanical failure due to stress corrosion, and suitability for assembly in the factory as modules.
