Smith Anderson's Fettykill plant in Leslie, UK started its production again following a fire at its recovered paper storage yard. The fire caused some £0.7 million worth of damage. The mill's three paper machines were shut down due to a power failure which caused the loss of 560 tonnes of output. Fettykill facility produced some 90,000 tonnes/yr of bleached and unbleached machine-glazed kraft paper, envelope paper, testliner and waste-based fluting.
