Complete removing of iron from solutions after the treatment of nonionic surfactants by Fenton's oxidation complex

摘要
The concentration of the residual iron in solutions of a nonionic surfactant was determined by ESR spectroscopy after the chemical treatment of solutions. The chemical treatment was performed using the oxidation with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of ferrous sulfate and removal of reaction products by coagulation. A possibility to increase the degree of iron removal from the solutions by controlling the concentration of reagents and the oxidation reaction regime was shown.
