摘要：

The aim of the paper is to describe a new methods for testing the magnetic properties of roll steel. The method is based on measuring the maximum of the curve of the magnetization vector in a moveable cold-rolling anisotropic electrical steel. The obtained data permit to estimate the perfection degree of the crystallographic texture. Results of the test operation of that kind of the magnetic texturometer are described.
