摘要
Glucose was used as raw material to prepare glucoside derivative with carboxyl and polyhydroxy by Koenigs-Knorr method, and a new kind of hyperbranched polyester (HBP) was prepared by using derivative as hyperbranched monomer. The structure of intermediates and HBP was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TG). The HBP was blended with polylactic acid (PLA) to make the composite film. The compatibility of composite film was explored by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The mechanical property of composite film was measured by tension test. The thermal properties of composite film were analyzed by DSC. The wettability of composite film was tested by optical angle measurement. The experimental results show that the structure of intermediates and end products consist with that of design, the molecular weight of the HBP rises with increasing generation, HBP has the high branching degree and good thermal stability. The compatibility of HBP and PLA is good, and the mechanical properties, thermal properties and wettability of PLA are improved after blending with HBP. © 2017, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
