摘要
Printing and dyeing wastewater has the characteristics of deep color, not easy to biodegradation, high organic content, water quality change, alkalinity, etc. The existing printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology includes physical treatment technology, chemical treatment technology, biological treatment technology. Physical treatment technology mainly transfers or concentrates pollutants between phases without substantial degradation of pollutants. Chemical treatment technology is to change the molecular structure of pollutants by chemical reaction and then degrade them into small molecules. Biological treatment technology is the use of microbial metabolism to degrade pollutants. Generally, biological method is used to remove organic matter; anaerobic-aerobic process is used to treat wastewater which is difficult to biodegrade; physical and chemical methods are used to reduce chroma. With the composition of printing and dyeing wastewater more complex, single treatment technology can no longer ensure the effluent quality to meet the discharge standards, and therefore it is necessary to explore the application of combined process to achieve the relevant wastewater drainage standards. The main treatment technologies of printing and dyeing wastewater at home and abroad are summarized, and some thoughts and prospects, which can provide reference for the treatment research of printing and dyeing wastewater are puted forward. © 2023 Central South University of Technology.
