Community discovery algorithm research of in complex network

Complex network is an important model and tool for studying complex systems in which community structure is the most important and unanimous topology. This paper give a research to the community network discovery of complex network based on cluster analyze measuring method for similarity between nodes in network, and propose the MW algorithm which transforms nodes in the complex network into vector. According to the algorithm, the nodes in networks could be transferred into data structure which is suitable to the cluster algorithm and compare and analyze the performance of discovery network community structure in different cluster algorithm and different measuring approach for similarity.
