Needs and perspectives of air pollution management have changes over the time from region to region. There are considerable changes in air pollution sources on a global perspective as changes with respect to developm ent and consumptionpattern has changed the dimension of pollution. Sustainability of air pollution management not only requires technical and scientific solutions it also needs urban planning, financial instruments, regulatory setup, policy, awareness and more than anything else un-debauched decision making regulators.
