A procedure for constructing linear models of different degrees of approximation, that is, with distributed parameters, with lumped parameters (one-, two-, three-point, and simplified multipoint models), and with constant and varying heat-transfer coefficients of the steam is presented for a counterflow convection superheater of a boiler.
