摘要
Accurately and quickly estimating losses of the round Litz wire of high frequency magnetic components is very crucial for the optimal design of the high frequency transformers, high frequency inductors and other modern electrical equipment, and for their overall electromagnetic performance improvement, etc. However, the only existing analytical model that is specifically developed for the loss prediction of the round Litz wire winding of high frequency magnetic components has some drawbacks, such as the derivation mistakes. This paper points out the wrong points in the derivation process of this analytical model for the first time, and thereby correspondingly deduces the correct formulae. Consequently, an accurate and general analytical model for the round Litz wire winding loss calculation of high frequency magnetic components is derived. Finally, the simulation and experimental results are compared to verify the accuracy and practicability of the proposed analytical model. ©2023 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
