摘要
FeWO4 nano-materials was synthesized by hydrothermal method. XRD and SEM were used to characterize and analyze the FeWO4 nano-materials, and a kind of YSZ-based mixed potential type FeWO4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor was developed. The FeWO4 /YSZ/Pt sensor indicated a good sensitivity performance to hydrogen in a concentration range of 80-960 ppm and excellent selectivity to some possible interferences such as CO, C3H8 and NO2 at 500℃ in a background of 10 vol% oxygen balanced with nitrogen. The sensor also have favorable repeatability and sensor to sensor consistency. Compared with existing MnWO4/YSZ/Pt and CdWO4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor, the sensing performance of FeWO4/YSZ/Pt hydrogen sensor was better. © 2017, Science Press. All right reserved.
