摘要
A CMOS realization for operational floating current conveyor (OFC), which can be reconfigured as various types of current conveyors, has been described. The proposed OFC has very low power consumption and a bandwidth of 100 MHz. For ±2.5 V power supply, the voltage transfer takes place from -1V to 2V. P-Spice simulation confirms the high performance of the proposed circuit structures.
