摘要
Quality of ceramic materials is dependent on their chemical compositions. Determination of contents of many elements is necessary. This problem can be solved by means of the use of X-ray analysis. X-ray analysis is non-destructive and ecologically safe analytic method. All elements of the periodic system can be determined in solid bodies by this method. Preparation of samples for X-ray analysis has been described. Equipment for X-ray analysis of ceramic materials has been presented. Evaluation of results of measurements is performed by means of computer-aided systems with the use of operation systems of Windows NT and Windows 95 types.
