摘要
This study identifies the problem of recycling policy on disposable paper coffee cups and examines the citizen's perceptions/recycling behaviors on disposable paper coffee cups. As a review of relevant regulations, it was found that there was no regulation for recycling of disposable paper coffee cups and it has been difficult in recycling as it is classified as paper, not paper beverage pack. It has distributed to the collection system. Throughout the citizen's survey conducted in Kangnam-Gu and Sungdong-Gu, this study reveals that there is a positive correlation between the perception and behavior on separate discharge. With the clearer the information or knowledge on the separate discharge, the better the actual behavior. To recycle the disposable paper coffee cups, promoting a plan in terms of a regulatory level and civil awareness, specifically government-led recycling system and individual efforts are suggested. If the combination of two sets of methods is established, the effect will be maximized.
